You can fish any part of the Altamaha, Oconee, and Ocmulgee Rivers
No electronic devices can be used
Fish have to be in parking lot of Hillcrest Baptist Church by 11 AM Aug 17th for weigh in
5 fish limit for weigh in - Catfish only
Weigh in begins at 9 AM
No fishing before noon on Aug 16th
